This is an all around good book. It is a little confusing at times. In order to read it you should like fiction. It is some what like Harry Potter. Also it has a few different story lines. (All related some how.)
What does your friend need to know in order to read this book?
You need to go into reading it with lots of spare time. It is sometimes hard to stop reading.

Book: The Silver Kiss by Annette Curtis Klause
I think that this book is made for those of us who are into love with a hint of mystery books. This book brought forth emotions that were hidden inside of me, causing me to think about what really going on around me. But nevertheless this book caught my attention and held it very well till the very end.
What does your friend need to know in order to read this book?
In order to read this book you need to know that, if you are sensitive some sense in the book might not be of your liking.

I loved the book it had a grate story line. And the book has some thing for everyone. You can't just read it once!

Book: Maximum Ride The Angel Experiment by James Patterson
In The Angel Experiment we meet Max and he flock of friends Fang, Iggy, Nudge, Gazzy and Angel the are humans but are also 2% bird .There mission in life is to stick together and stay alive. But the scientists who created them want them back and will stop at nothing to find them and bring them back to the School. If you like adventure and humor and a little science you will love Max and her friends.
What does your friend need to know in order to read this book?
This is a six book set you don't have to have read the first to understand what’s going on but to understand the characters and how the relate to each other its best to start from the top.

Book: Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire by J. K. Rowley
I think that Harry Potter and the goblet of fire is one of the best in the series, it has perfect amounts of everything, suspense, action, friendship, etc... not too much to be cheesy though.
What does your friend need to know in order to read this book?
People need to know what the series is about to be able to understand a lot of this, like the characters, and what they are like.
