Come to your nearest library branch to discuss Ray Bradbury's Fahrenheit 451, this year's Santa Barbara Reads selection. A visionary parable of a society in which firemen burn books, Fahrenheit 451 is both a literary classic and a perennial bestseller. Bradbury transforms the materials of pulp science fiction into one of literature's most haunting denunciations of censorship.
