Schedule of fees for Library materials and services

PLEASE NOTE
Library accounts with fines or fees over $40.00 due for 30 days will be referred to a collection agency.
Extended use fees will be assessed on all items in addition to the replacement cost.

HOLDS
 A $1.00 (one dollar) fee will be added to your account for each hold placed when the item becomes available rather than when the item is checked out. The fee will be applied to your account whether the material is picked up and checked out or not. Holds will be limited to 20 at a time per patron.

Damaged Materials. A charge may be imposed for library-owned materials commensurate with the damages.

All charges and fees are in accordance with the City of Santa Barbara Resolution No. 11-048
