What is the Library Summer Reading Program? Local Youth are invited to join Summer Reading Program at the Library, which runs from Tuesday June 11 through Wednesday July 31. Every year, we encourage kids to check out and read books, visit the Library to talk about their favorite books, and earn prizes when they do! This year’s family event schedule at all branches includes jugglers, magicians, puppets, music, balloons and animals! Check the online event calendar for more events including craft activities & storytimes. 
Teens can participate in Groundbreaking Reads. When teens discuss books they read, they earn tickets for a drawing to win fun prizes (Prize list will be announced soon). Teens are also encouraged to post recommendations on the Teen Review Blog.
